Why Muslims should go GYM?

Prophet PBHU Said :The strong believer is better and dearer to Allah than the weak believer, and there is good in both
Sunan Ibn Majah 79
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized physical fitness through activities like archery, swimming, and horse riding, paired with a healthy diet. As a swift walker and skilled archer, he modeled the importance of caring for our bodies, encouraging us to stay active and strong.
Embracing fitness is not only about physical strength but also spiritual well-being. For Muslims, maintaining a healthy body is a form of worship, aligning with the teachings of Islam to care for the body as a gift from Allah. Regular gym sessions help boost energy, discipline, and mental clarity, enhancing both personal life and religious devotion.
ALLAH LOVES STRENGTH
In Islam, we are taught to seek strength in all aspects of our lives—physical, mental, and spiritual. In this post, we'll focus specifically on the strength of the body, as it plays a crucial role in our overall well-being and ability to serve others.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once said, "The upper hand is better than the lower hand," meaning that it is better to be in a position to give than to receive. This powerful teaching emphasizes the importance of uplifting ourselves, becoming strong and capable so that we can support others. Allah does not want us to be weak, helpless, or defeated. Rather, we are encouraged to strive toward being individuals who contribute positively to society, always in a position to help rather than needing help.
